How the path with Mental Tennis is structured:


Our courses begin with theoretical training in the classroom or online which will serve to introduce you to the principles, tools and techniques to be used in the game. This course will also help you become aware of the mental dynamics that exist when you compete and the tools you can use to increase your performance. Together with the theoretical course you will also have to carry out practical training in the field which will serve to verify that you know how to put into practice what we have taught you in theory

The week is structured with a single session, morning or afternoon, the sessions always last 1 hour and a half each in the field and half an hour of training and multimedia briefing. Objectives of the course: to make the child assimilate a healthy philosophy of approach to competition, learn to implement the basic anger and frustration management techniques, and finally increase the concentration process during the match to improve performance.

The week is structured with a double session, morning and afternoon, the sessions always last 1 hour and a half in the field, plus half an hour of training and multimedia de-briefing in the classroom. Objectives of the course: mental solidity combined with game solidity, specific work on weak points at a technical level.
